MST Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. has started a partnership with LEDiL, one of the leading manufacturers of LED optics in the world.
LED optics offered by LEDiL for creating lighting solutions for both indoor and outdoor applications helps customers designing and developing lighting solutions.
MST as one of the LED component manufacturers and LEDiL partner provides LED modules compatible with selected LEDiL optics.
In the course of conventional lighting market consolidation, January 1st 2017, MST has decided to acquire from BAG electronics GmbH ignitors, power switches and hot restrike ignitors business.
Until stocks run out, MST will be selling only these products in BAG brand. After that time, the production of the acquired products will be transferred from China to Poland, and will be sold in dual branding BAG/MST.

The company is located in the north-east part of Poland, in Kętrzyn.
MST arose from the management buyout of Philips Lighting electromagnetic ballasts factory in Kętrzyn. In April 2011 Management Team purchased the factory and the MST brand from Philips. Company became an exclusive supplier for Philips of electromagnetic ballasts for HID lamps with Philips brand in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
MST also produce it’s own branded products: LED modules, LED drivers, electromagnetic ballasts for HID and fluorescent lamps, integrated HID systems, ignitors for HID lamps, filter and compensation coils.
In the end of 2013 company invested in equipment for production electronics and at the beginning of 2014 started own production of ignitors and LED modules.
At the beginning of 2018 MST became a member of the Zhaga lighting consortium. In 2019, the company started the production of high power LED drivers and modules (incl. 500W) for sports events and outdoor lighting applications.

The company has a laboratory accredited by DEKRA in accordance with the norm 17025, enabling testing and certification of products with the ENEC. Possesses quality certificates: ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001.

MST offer complete services related to the design and contract of the assembly of electronic components on printed circuit boards.

MST Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds: "Implementation of the mLED Engine system in the market". The objective of the project is to launch the mLED Engine platform on the market – dedicated to illuminating places where a lot of light is required. The project value: 22,625,436.00 PLN. EU co-financing of the project: 10,533,543.40 PLN. The effect of the implemented project will be the mLED Engine platform, using LED technology which is gaining an increasing share in the lighting market.
MST Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds: "Working capital subsidies for MST Sp. z o.o. Sp. k.". The objective of the project is to support entrepreneurs in providing financial liquidity and continuing current activities in connection with financial difficulties resulting from the COVID-19 epidemic. The effect of the implemented project will be maintaining business activity. Project implementation period: 1 August 2020 – 30 October 2020.
